CJ Manansala is the Founder and Managing Member of Sala Construction, LLC.

For more than a decade, CJ has contributed to some of Hawaiʻi’s most significant construction projects across both the public and private sectors. His experience spans advanced infrastructure, renewable energy and battery storage, healthcare facilities, athletic stadiums, hospitality, and large-scale commercial developments.

CJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and a Master of Science in Civil Engineering with a concentration in Construction Management.

Throughout his career, CJ has worked alongside owners, architects, engineers, contractors, and government agencies on projects with a combined construction value exceeding $4 billion. This experience has provided him with a comprehensive understanding of project planning, scheduling, cost management, procurement, and construction execution.

Over the years, CJ has developed an extensive professional network throughout Hawaiʻi, allowing Sala Construction to assemble experienced project teams tailored to each client’s unique needs.
